Show FOUH DAYS' RACING. Schedule of Track Events Arranged for Vlntor Carnival. Tribune Speri.it .Sporting Service. JACKSONVILLE, Fla.. Doc. 1. The Palm Beach Power Boat association has announced a schedule of four days' racing iu conjunction with its annual festival and winter carnival. The dates set aro from Jnnuary 20 to February 1, inclusive. The claesillcnlion of boats is: (J) Below SO feet rating, (il) Above SO feet rating. (3) All bonis. (1) Under 35 feet waterlinc. (n) Over 35 feet waterlino. (G) All lengths. The programme includes two fi venules ve-nules races for class 1, on January 29; a five and ten-mile raco for class 2.' and a ten-mile race for class 3. On January .".0, a five and ten-niilc race is offered for classes .1 and l, two ten-mile ten-mile races for classes 2 and 5. and a liftecn-inile race for class 5, and a live and fifteen-mile raco for class 6. February J will be given over to a five-milo five-milo consolation race, to six trial events at one mile, and an endurance run. The races aro under the management of the executive committee, including W. Gould Brokuw, Lieut. Hugh h. Wil-loughbv, Wil-loughbv, J. S. Clarke, W. K. Vander-" hilt, Jr.. A. P. Proctor Smith, James K. Clarke, H. L. Bowden, and George K. Andrews, and under the personal direction di-rection of Theodore D. Wells of the Atlantic Yacht club. |
