FORGERY IS CHARGE AGAlflST YDUNG 801 Eddie Nielson, Aged Sixteen Years, Is Sent Back to Reform School. Special to The Tribune. PROVO, July l. Eddie Nielson. of Pleasant Grove, a boy 16 years of age. was brought over from his "home yesterday yester-day and placed In the county Jail with a charpe of forgery against 1dm. This boy Is said to have forped the namo of Chris Beck of Lchl to a cheek for J10 and passed tho same In a store In American Fork. He was sent to tho Industrial In-dustrial school about three years ago from the Fourth District court and recently re-cently released on bond. After the forgery for-gery Incident the bondsmen surrendered him to the Sheriff and asked to have him returned to the school. Sheriff Hannon took him to Ogden today. to-day. A boxcar containing lead ore at tho D. fc R. G depot caught fire today from sparks from an engine. The car was pushed up to the water tapk and water was turned on. The damage was small.
