Show WARD PAPER READ It Is Presented nt the Waterloo Ward Chapel Sunday Night. The conjoint meeting of the Mutual Improvement association, held in the Waterloo ward chapel Sunday evonlng. wns ono of tho largest and most successful success-ful meetings that the M. I. A. of that ward has held In many months. 0 The meeting-house wns comfortably flllea with the young ladles and gentlemen or tho association as well as many of tho older members of the church. Entertaining- Progrnnirue. An Interesting programme, which had been carefully prepared, was rendered In a pleasing manner. The chief event was tho reading of the ward paper of tho M. I. A., "Tho Waterloo Star," which contained con-tained a large number of Interesting stories and poetry. Tho paper was a treat to the members, and Its contents, which were entirely orlginnl, were received re-ceived with great pleasure. President John MncFnrlnne of tho Y. M. M. I. A. and Miss Baggerly of tho Y. L. M. I. A. read the paper. Other Numbers Well Rendered. The other numbors of tho programme were as follows: Recitation, Miss Lily McFn.rland; vocal solo. Miss Wllma At-wood; At-wood; soprano solo. Miss Edna Evans; organ solo. Stake Organist J. Carlyle; solo, Ilyrum Bull. A contribution wns received re-ceived from B. H. Roberts.
