O'Brien, who received a very severe electric shock at the time that Surveyor Hills of Salt 1-ake was killed at tills place, has made preparations prepara-tions to itari suit against the Tcllurlde Power company for damages. Mr. O'Brien hold ono end of the steel tape which conveyed tho olcc-trlo olcc-trlo current to Mr. Hills, who was Instantly killed.
