Articles of incorporation incorpora-tion wero taken out this morning at the County Clerk's offlco by the Wasatch King Mining and Milling company. The Incorporators aro James Chlpnian of Salt Lake, Edward Winn, James Chlpmau Jr., John Chad wick, H. C. Johnson, all of American Fork. Tho capital stock of tho company la STo.OOO, dlvldod Into 150.00) shares of stock of tho faco valuo of 50 cents per share, 50,000 shares to bo treasury treas-ury stock. The officers of the company ore: James Chlpman, prcsldont, James Chlpnian Jr., vice-president; IT, C. Johnson, secretary and treasurer. Tho company owns considerable property prop-erty In the Silver Lake mining district, viz., Ontorlo mining lodes Nos. 1 to 3, on Milkman hill. Mrs Perrina Campbell died yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home of Mrs. W. H. Brerton, her grand-niece, of pnoumonla. Mrs, Campbell was born In Canada August 11. 1S13, and was married mar-ried at the age of 20 to John Campbell. Thov left Canada soon after and came to tno United States, living for some ..me In Iowa and Missouri. They left iho East in IfuO to go to California, but on reaching Utah decided to remain, and located lo-cated In South Jordan, moving from thoro to North Ogden In 1603. Mr. Canipbell died In North Ogden and Mrs Campbell came to Provo to live. Services will bo held at tho resldonco of Mrs. Brerton tomorrow to-morrow at 1-M o'clock anil the remains will bo sent to North Ogdon for Intor-ment. Intor-ment.
