Harrison, former pastor of St. Joseph's parish, hns won his appeal to tho Holy Seo at Rome, and that an order has beon Issued to Archbishop Ireland to reins ate Rev. Rev. Mr. Harrison's appeal to Rome grew out of an order from Archbishop Ireland.
