Show WARSHIPS if Czar's Second Pacific Fleet Arrives. Precautions to Prevent Any Untoward Incident During Dur-ing Passage Canal. Russian and British Officers Ex-chango Ex-chango Visits While Vessels ' , Are at Port. V PORT SAID, Nov. 24. A section of the Russian Second Pacific squadron has arrived here. All precautions have been taken to prevent any untoward incident during the passage of the vessels ves-sels through the Suez canal. The division consists of the battleships battle-ships Sissoi, Vellky and Navarln, the cruisers Zemtchug, Almaz and Svlet-lana, Svlet-lana, the torpedo-boat destroyers Bodrl, Blestlaschy, Bezumprechnl, Bystral, Bravl, Bedovi and Buiny and the transports trans-ports Cortschakoff, Vooronej. Kltal, Tamboft", Kleff, Jupiter, Merkur und Vladlmlroff. Salutes Are Exchanged.
