Show INFORMATION FOR TEACHERS OF UTAH National Educational Association to Meet at tho World's Fair .on June 27. TO THE TEACHERS OF UTAH: The forty-third annual meeting of the National Educational association associa-tion will be held in St. Louis June 27 to July 1, 1D0-1. Fifty-five teachers from Utah attended the meetings of the association' at Boston last year. It Is estimated that at least 200 will be present pres-ent at the St. Louis meetings. Teachers should arrange to spend at least two weeks In St. Louis. 'The regular reg-ular work of the association will be devoted de-voted mainly to the general aud department de-partment meetings, for which programmes pro-grammes have been prepared with special spe-cial reference to tho various school systems sys-tems of different countries, as exemplified exempli-fied in the educational exhibits in the palace of education. To Study the Exhibits. The week following the convention will be devoted to the study of the educational edu-cational and other exhibits under the guidance of special assistants, who will be In attendance that week only to aid N. K. A. members. All meetings of the convention will be held on the exposition exposi-tion grounds. In close proximity to the different exhibits. Reduced hotel rales and special admission ad-mission concessions to the" exposition have been secured for members of the National Educational association. In order to secure these concessions, teachers teach-ers should obtain their membership certificates cer-tificates Immediately upon their arrival In St. Louis. Members of the reception committee will meet teachers at the railway stations and render any assistance assist-ance desired Membership registration and assignment assign-ment to accommodations will be made at the St. Louis Music hall, corner of Olive and Fourteenth streets, or at the three main entrances to the exposition grounds, or at the town hall or the hotel, the Inside Inn, within the grounds. Two Hotels Recommended. After careful investigation, the headquarters head-quarters hotel, the Inside Inn, beautifully beauti-fully located in a forest on the highest grounds of the exposition inclosure, and the Christian Endeavor hotel, on Oakland Oak-land avenue, near the entrance on the south side of the exposition grounds, are recommended. These hotels have accommodations for between S000 and 9000 guests. N. E. A. members are given a rate of SI a day for room, or $2 a day for room and meals. There are many other good hotels and private hoarding houses that give special N. E. A. rales. The N. E. A. headquarters will be in the Missouri State building. The Utah headquarters will be In the Utah State building, located near the Inside Inn. Active members from Utah will meet at the headquarters Tuesday at 5:20 p. in for tho purpose of selecting a member mem-ber of the nominating committee. Railroad rates from Ulah for the National Na-tional Educational association are the same as the exposition rates advertised by the railway companies.
