Nash of Salt who passed though hero several weeks ago en rout6 to tho Dixie country whero they intended to look Into tho feasibility of constructing a dam across the Rio Vlr-gon Vlr-gon river, returned yesterday en route home, whore the result of their Investigations Investiga-tions will bo laid before tho men who with Mr. Power and Mr. Herbert will form a stock .company, should thoy look upon tho project favorably, and build a dam. Mr. Nash, the engineer who has made tho survey of the works, will submit tho report upon the cost of tho project. Mr. Power, who is tho chief promoter of the enterprise, thinks tho dam will be constructed. con-structed. He says there is no question of tho ability to redeem tho land and sell tho water as cheap as the Twin Falls company. "Wo can redeem land that has an earning pqwer of S100 an aero In the production of the raisin grape," said ho.
