Show Boys Robbed the Peddler. While the driver whipped up his horsey to a merry trot three small boys "began unloading fruit peddler's cart at a rapid rate 'last evening. For a short time the air was full of apples. These went from the hands of one of I the trio to the receptive palms of the other two. Finally the driver looked around, and then things began to happen. hap-pen. Fortunately for the outraged law Mounted Patrolman Brown was near at hand. He managed to round up the trio in short order. He then herded them to the city Jail. There they gave the names of James Riley, Clarence Wilson and Henry Burke. All live on Eighth South. During the evening the parents of the youthful culprits came and recovered them temporarily on recognizance. They will appear In Police court today. |
