Stohl. president presi-dent of the First National bank on approved ap-proved securities, at the meeting o the Council Tuesday night; Marshal Carter recommended an investigation of tho sanitary condition of the waters of Mantua, and the Board of Health was Instructed to better the condition; the amusement committee, represented by Norman Lee, asked the Council to look up a place suitable for ball playing; Lorenzo W.
