Tho victory of the Llv-J Llv-J Jngston forces was pronounced. The Llv- K Ingston delegates were elected by a vole of 2-15 to 10S for the Chrlstensen tlckot. T'ie delegation to tho county convontlon was elected and tho reorganization of tho local coramlttCQ waa made on the same Hues. PERSONAL TRIUMPH. Livingston's friends consider his victory ono of his greatest personal triumphs. While the test waa merely local, the contest con-test has been watched closely over tho district, and especially In StfnpctO county, where It has been conceded that It would largely determlno the result In tho district , convention.
