2nd 3rtl mid Ith Thursday will be welcome night and addresses of welcome will bA extended by Mayor Taylor of Provo for the city Rev Mr Chapman for the churches Prof Brlmhnll for the schools Mrs E E Corfman for the I clubs and Miss Josephine Kellogg for the local I union Mrs E E Shepard of Salt Lake City will respond to the addresses ad-dresses of welcome Mrs Ada Unruh a national lecturer for the W C T U will also br present at the opening meeting and deliver an address Fridays morning and afternoon sessions ses-sions will he devoted to the business of the union and will include a report of the executive committee the appointment appoint-ment of committees and reports of general gen-eral ofTicerB In the afternoon reports J wlll be given by the several superintendents I superin-tendents of departments The annual address of the president will be a feature fea-ture of the afternoon session In the evening will be held the annual medal fcontest conducted by Miss Plimpton A large portion of Saturdays proceedings pro-ceedings will also be devoted to reports of superintendents of departments and to discussions of topics oC Interest toW to-W C T U workers The annual olcr1 lion of
