APPLY FOR INJUNCTION Missouri Institution Seeks to Enjoin a Postmaster Kansas City Mo Dec 23The American Amer-ican School of Magnetic Healing known as the Wclmer school applied to Judge Phllllpa today for an order of Injunction to prohibit the postmaster of Nevada from Interfering with the delivery of mall to the school Two years ago the PostmasterGener al of the United States leued an order against this school and under this order or-der the postmaster at Nevada withheld the schools malls The school retained counsel to fight theorder of the Government Gov-ernment The Injunction wag asked for against the postmaster at Nevada but It wan denied In the United States court In SL Louis Tho attorneys for the school appealed to the United States Supreme Su-preme court and there It was decided recently that the Injunction prayed fqr must be granted because the fraud order or-der had been IssUed without full Inycs tlgatlon by the Government I Judge Phillips today took all the papers pa-pers Jn thecase to look them over before be-fore Irsulng the order oC Injunction
