his trial in connection with Cuban postal 1 frauds SPECIFIC CHARGES FILED Maj Rathbone filed specific written charges with the committee lie alleged al-leged that Gen Wood while military governor of Cuba had accepted money from the Jal Aliil which was he said a gambling concern and asserted that he had made a personal friend and boon companion oC an exconvict Tie also charged him with glvlmr to violate the law in the treatment treat-ment of accounts with utilizing the services of an exconvict with whom he was on intimate personal association associa-tion in an effort to displace his
