Show I The representatives in both branches of Congress from the Mountain States are prompt to act on the strong and l friendly representations of the President Presi-dent as to irrigation and reservoirs J They will no doubt come to an agreement agree-ment on a bill that will recognize the I claims of the States but that will at the same time obtain the help of the National Government as to the interState inter-State streams and the putting inof such irrigating dams and pounds on the Federal domain as will afford the most complete use of all the available water They will no doubt find it easier to make progress along the lines laid down by the President than on other lines and when they consider the whole subject we believe that they will find the Presidents way the best The great thing is to get Congres to act |
