SUIT OF DIVORCED WIFE i I Action to Recover Money in Bank in I Name of C E Dorssy Suit was yesterday filed In the Third District court by Eva ChrIstensen I formerly Eva Dorsey against Walker Bros bankers to recover 140 on deposit de-posit In the bank In the name of Charles E Dorsey the former husband hus-band of the plaintiff I Is alleged in the complaint that on July 27 1896 at lIant the plaintiff obtained a decree of divorce from Dorsey the lom DOlse on ground I of desertion and failure to support and by the terms of the decree the plaintiff was awarded the 5410 In the I bank Dorsey however it Is alleged has been absent from the State Since August 1891 and It Is trot known where he Is I Is prayed that the plaintiff be given Judgment for the amount of the deposit nnd interest I The defendant at the same time filed an answer admitting the material allegations al-legations of tho complaint and stating that they are ready to pay over the money to the plaintiff when properly Indemnlfio or fortified by a decree of r
