Show Joseph Sehee Named Secretary for Sugar House C. of C. ,::,;:,..v.., . JOSEPH SEHEE Sugar House Chamber of Commerce Com-merce President, Glen T. Dixon, this week announced the ap- pointment of a new executive secretary for the organization. Appointed to the position to succeed Earl J.' Glade, former Salt Lake City mayor, who resigned re-signed recently to accept a position posi-tion with Radio Service Corporation Corpora-tion of Utah, was Joseph Sehee, 2607 East 3820 South, a prominent promi-nent Kiwanian leader and a business busi-ness sales consultant for an office supply and equipment firm in Salt Lake City. j . Mr. Sehee is a former Lieutenant Lieu-tenant Governor of the Utah-Idaho Utah-Idaho District of . Kiwanis as Public Relations Chairman for the District as well as for his own club. He is a Charter Mem- . ber of the Sugar House club and has been publicity director and editor of the "Kiwa News," a weekly club publication, for the past six years. i He has , served on the Board of Directors of the Salt Lake City Junior Chamber of Commerce. Is a Past President of the Credit . Bureau of Salt Lake City and also served three terms on the Board of Directors of that organization. He graduated from the LDS Business , College .in Advanced Accounting and Business Management Man-agement and while attending the college was elected to serve as student body president. For. the past several years he has taken advanced training in the School of Business at the University of Utah. A native of , Pennsylvania he received his High School education edu-cation and prior college training in the East. During World War II, Mr. Sehee served four years with the U.S. Marine Corps, with two years duty in the states and two years of active duty in the Pacific Theater. He was on duty in Japan at the time of his dis-charge. dis-charge. He is married to former Alice Jean Arentson of Logan. Mr. Sehee will assume his duties as executive secretary of the Sugar House Chamber of Commerce on March 1, 1962, with offices located at 2024 South 11th East. ! |
