Show Advisory Board Sets Meeting For Today The Utah State Advisory Board of the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Department of the Interior, will meet Friday Fri-day in the BLM conference room on the 3rd floor of the Darling Building. R. D. Nielson, BLM state director di-rector for Utah, said the board meeting will be preceded by a session Thursday in the Darling Building for wildlife representatives representa-tives from the 11 BLM districts in the State. The wildlife meeting meet-ing will include a discussion of BLM policies and programs concerning con-cerning wildlife management and a report from the wildlife representative of each district. Harold S. Crane, director of the Utah State Fish and Game Department, De-partment, will participate. Mr. Nielson said the Friday advisory board meeting will review re-view grazing and related programs pro-grams of BLM in Utah, promote orderly and effective accomplishment accomplish-ment of objectives and increase the public's understanding of BLM management of the National Na-tional Land Reserve in Utah. Topics to be considered will include range management, recreation, rec-reation, revisions of the Federal Range Code, grazing fee study, trespass regulations and expansion expan-sion of State and national BLM advisory boards to include groups other than cattle and sheep men. |
