Show NOTICE In the Third Judicial District Court for Salt Lake County, State of Utah ' , J. M. BRINGHURST, doing business busi-ness as UNION PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY, Plaintiff, , vs. GLEED MILLER and MARTHA C. MILLER, his wife, and RAY DOWDING, JR., Defendants. Pursuant to Title 38-1-12 Utah Code Annotated, 1953, notice is hereby given that plaintiff, J. M. Bringhurst, doing business as Union Plumbing and Heating Company has commenced in the District Court of Salt Lake County Coun-ty an action to foreclose a mechanic's me-chanic's lien on the property described de-scribed as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 28, Township Town-ship 1 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian Merid-ian and running thence West 160 rods; thence North 80 rods; thence East 2190 feet; thence South 575 feet, more or less, to North line of Mill-creek Mill-creek Canyon Road; Easterly Easter-ly along , road to East line of said Section 28; thence South 745 feet to beginning, being situate lying and being in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, and all persons holding or claim- ing liens on the above described premises are hereby notified to be and appear in the law and motion divisoin of the above entitled en-titled court on the 16th day of February, 1959 at the hour of 2:30 o'clock P.M., County Building, Build-ing, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah to exhibit and prove their liens.
