Show IN THE PROBATE COURT, IN AND FO Salt Lake County, Territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Mary Ann Proctor, decease.!. de-cease.!. Order to show cause why order ot stle of real estate should not be mad,;. Moroni Edwards, Ed-wards, the administrator of tbe estate of Mary Ann Proctor, deceased, having filed his petition herein, duly verified, prsyin; for an order of sale of the real estate of said decedent, for the purposes pur-poses therein set forth, it Is thereto re ordered by the judge ot said court, that all persons interested inter-ested in the estate of said deceased, appear before be-fore the said Probate court on Wednesday, the 5th day of October, 1892, at 10 o"clock tn the forenoon fore-noon of said day, at the court room of said Probate Pro-bate court, at the county eonrt house, in the City and County of Salt Lake, Utah Territory, to show cause why an order should not be granted to tbe raid administrator, to sell so much of the real estate of the said deceased at punlic or private pri-vate sale as shall be necessary, and that a copy nf thiscrder be published at least four successive weeks in tbe Salt Lake Tixis, a newspaper printed and published in said city and countv.
