PURSUANT TO AN order of sale to me directed by the district court of tbe Third Judicial district of the territory t of Utah, 1 shall offer at public sale at the front door of the countv courthouse, in the city and connty of Salt Lake, Utah territory, on the 4th day of October, ;8i, at 12 o'clock m.. all tbe right, title, claim and iitereet of is C. Christiansen. Christian-sen. Gunelie Christisnsen, Rlarkhurst Brothers, A. P. Christiansen, the National Bank of the he-public he-public and T. J. Angel Lumber company of, in and to the f olio win g-aeseribed rel estate, situate, lying and being in the city and county of Salt Lake, Utah territory, and particularly described as follows, to wit: Being a part of lot two (2), block three (81, plat B, Salt Lake City survey, commencing one hundred and eigbtv-one (1H1) feet north of the southeast ccmer ot said lot two 2, thence running five (8) rods west, thence i twenty (301 feet north, thence five (5) rods east, thence twenty (20) feet south ta the place of beginning: be-ginning: reserving, however, the right of wav as a roadway on and over ten (10) feet on east patt of said land, and twelve (12) feet on west part of said land.
