Show IN THE PROBATE COURT, SALT LAKE COUNTY. In the matter of the estate of Hiram H. EI-dridge, EI-dridge, deceased. It appearing by the petition of Molly Eldridge, duly verified and filed herein that, at the time of the death of the said Iiira n H. Eldrid?e, the petitioner pe-titioner was his lawful wife, and that petitioner is entitled to and prays for an assignment of dower in the real aetata of the deceased, described as follows: Part of lot 5, in block 97, of Plat "A," Salt Lake City survey, commencing at a point 74 feet soutn from the northwest corner of said lot 6, and running run-ning thence east 74 feet, thence north 38 feet, thence west feet, thence south S3 feet to the place cf beginning, with a one-etory frame house thereon. Part of lot 5, in block 7, Plat "A.' Salt Lake City survey, commencing at a point 7 rods south from the northwest corner of said lot 5, running thence south 4!i feet, thence east lH-i feet, thence north 49' feet, thence west 132 feet to the place of beginning, together with seven one-etory frame dwellings thereon. Part of lot 5, in block 97, Plat "A," Salt Lake City -rvey, commencing at a point 74 feet east from the northwet corner of said lot 5. and running run-ning t ence east 67? feet, thence eouth 00x feet, thence west 57 U feet, thence north 90?4 feet to the place of beginning, with a one-story adobe dwelling dwell-ing thereon. Also: Lots 13, 14, 15 and lfi, in block 4 : lots 13, II and 15 in block 41: lots 1 and 2 in block 5:1 : and lot t and 7 in block 67: all in Kinney & Gourley"s addition to Unit Lake City. And it further appearing from paid petition that one of the heirs-at-hv.v of ths deceased is a non-resident of the territory. "Sow, therefore, upon motion of C. S. Yarisn, Esq., attorney for petitioner, it is ordered that Tuesday, the lth day of October, A. I. li2. at 10 o'clock of said day, and the court room ot said court in the connty court hone in the city and county of Salt Lake, be and the enme are hereby appointed as the time and place for the hearing of said petition.
