Show MARSIIAL-S SALE PURSUANT TO AN order of sale to me directed by the district court of the Third judicial district of the Territory Terri-tory of Utah, I hall oiler at public sale at the front door of the connty court house, in tbe city and county of Salt Lake, Utah Territory, on the 4th day of October, 1892, at li o clock m., all the right, title, claim and interest cf Nis C. Christiansen. Chris-tiansen. Gunelie Christiansen and Burton Gardner fc Co. of, in and to the following fol-lowing described real estate, situate. Iviug and being in the county of halt Lake I tan Territory, Terri-tory, and particularly described as follows, to-wit; Beginning at a point eighty (su) rods north of the southwest corner of the southeast quarter (V ) of section twenty-eight (28), in township one 1), south of range one (1), east of 8:ilt Lake meridian, and runniug thence east forty-seven and one-half (47V4 ) rods, thence north elgnteen and ten-nineteenths (IS 10-19) rods, thence west forty-aeven and one-half (474) rods, thenre south eighteen and ten-nineteenth (18 10-13) rods to the place of beginning.
