Show IN THE POLICE COURT. Doings of Ktbr, J., in the Justice Mill . This Morninr. The following cases were disposed of in the police court this morning: The case of M. S. Graham, charged by Whitecar, the engraver and photographer, with obtaining money undor false pretenses, was dismissed. Georee Highland, Barney" Crow, John Jones and E. A. Humphrey were each fined $5 for inebriation. Joe Rogers and Philip Porter, alleged vairrants, entered pleas of not guilty, and their cases wore continued until this afternoon. after-noon. Will Hardicutt, a boy vagrant, acknowledged acknowl-edged tbat he was guilty of begging, but as be is a poor unfortunate devil the court suspended sus-pended sentence. |
