Show REGULAR READY. A Special Train of Seven Cara Kra RonUt to the Scene of Trouble. Walla Walla, Wash., July 14. A special spe-cial train consisting of seven cars of the Union Pacific passed through this city last night having companies B, C, D, E and F of the Fourteenth infantry, from Vancouver, commanded by Lieutenant-Colonel Theaker, comprising 250 men, bound for the Ceeur d'Alene mines. Orders were received at Fort Walla Walla from department headquarters head-quarters to have the troops in readiness to move to Coeur d'Alene at a minute's notice. Troops D and H, commanded by Captains Hayfield and Wilder, are ready and will be the first ones to leave for the scene of the trouble. |
