Show . Hearing Continued. The hearing in the case of B. M. Ellcrbcck aad Theodore Heinsen, charged with assaulting as-saulting Plumber E. A. Davis with a deadly weapon, was to have been held before Commissioner Com-missioner Greenman at 2 p. m. today, and at that hour the complaining witness and his attorney, Judge Powers, were present, but, at the request of the defense, the matter mat-ter went over until 11 a. m. tomorrow, owing to the unavoidable absence of P. L. Williams, Mr. Ellerbtsck's attorney. |
