Casady, bis wife, executed, and acknowledged acknowl-edged and delivered their certain trust deed, bearing bear-ing date the 7th day of August, 1KH0. to .lames H. Bacon, Trustee, to secure a certain promii-ory note bearing even date with said trust dod,.aiid payable pay-able on demand to the order of James Harrison, for the ium of Twenty-one Hundred and fifty dollars (18150) in U. S. (iold Coin, with interest thereon from date at the rate of one per cent per month. Said trnet deed is recorded in the re-corder'H re-corder'H oince of Salt Lake County Utah, in volume vol-ume -, K of Mortgages, on pages 3'J3 to 'iSA and, Whkiikas, rtia V. II. Casady and Kotta H. Casady. in and by said trust deed to secure the payment of said note conveyed to said trustee the following described premises situated in Salt Lake City, S;,lt Lake County, Utah, to-wit: Begin Be-gin at the South ast Corner of L'it Ouo (1 in Rock One Hundred and Nine.
