Show Trnstee's Sale. TTTHERKAS, OSCAR R. ZIPF, OFTIIE CITS TT and county of Salt Lake and territory of Utah, by his certain deed of trust dated the 14th day of February, A. D. 1890, and duly recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County of Salt Lake on the 14th day of February, A. D. 1890, in Book 2L, of mortgages, at page 1(4-.V fi of the records of " said County, conveyed to the undersigned Edward B. Wicks of the City of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, as trustee, those certain lots, pieces and parcels of laud situate, lying and being in the County of Salt I.ake and Territorv of L'tah, described des-cribed as follows, to-wit: Block 7 of Poplar Grove addition to Salt Lake City, said block 7 consisting of 40 lots numbered from 1 to 40 inclusive, inclu-sive, to secure to Charles II. Toll the payment of two certain promissory notes bearing even date with said deed of trust each for the sum of $2000 snd each bearing interest from said date at the rate of eight (8) per cent per annum payable semiannually, semi-annually, one of said notes being due and payable six months after its suid date and the otherthereof twelvemonths after its said date. And whereas it is provided in said deed of trust that should default lie made in the payment of the said notes or any part thereof, or of any of the interest thereon or any part thereof as the sanio should become due and payable, or in case of the I reach of sny of the covenants contained in said deed of trust, then the said Trustee the undersigned, un-dersigned, the said Edward B. Wicks may proceed to sell suid described property or any part thereof at public vendue for cash at the front door of tho county court house lr. tho City of Salt Lake, County of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, first giving twenty days notice of the time, place and terms of sale and the property prop-erty to be sold by advertisement in some newspaper news-paper printed in the English Language and published pub-lished in the County of Salt I.ake aforesaid. And whereas no payments either of principal or interest have been made upon either of said notes except that interest has been paid thereon to February 14, 181, and that there has been paid upon the principal of said six months note the sum of $fso, and theie is now due thereon the sum of $:'.I20 with interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum from the 14th day of February, A. D. IWt, and the said Oscar EL Zipf Is In default in the payment of both the principal and the interest in-terest due upon -aid note--, as aforesaid, and whereas there has been released from the operation opera-tion of said trust deed all of lots 1, 2, 17, 18, 19 20 of said block 7, of Poplar Grove addition, Now therefore, at the request of the legal j holder of said notes by virtue of the power and authority in me vested under and bv die terms of said deed of trust, I. Edward B. Wicks, trustee; as aforesaid, will on Saturday, the SH day of April, 1892, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. at the front door of the ( ounty Court House in the City of Salt Lake. County of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, sell the said real property and premise., hereinbefore and in said deed of trust fully described, des-cribed, except that part released as aforesaid, and all the right, title, benefit and equity of redemption redemp-tion of the said Oscar R. Zipf, his heirs and assigns as-signs therein, at public vendue for cash to the highest binder therefor for the purpoiie of paying the amount due as aforesaid for principal and interest in-terest upon said notes to the day of sale, together with the costs and expenses of executing the said trnst.
