He Goes Before a ( omnilisioner and Pleads Guilty, Thomas Gagvon, alias Olof Neilson, who, for reasons not disclosed by his captors, was smuggled to the penitentiary and held while the story that he hed escaped was put in circulation, went before Commissioner Greenmau yesterday afternoon and entered a plea of guilty to passing counterfeit coin. Ho was held in the sum of $10,000 to await the action of the crand Jury. As a sequel to Captain Grecnman'a trip to the penitentiary, where, he opened Court for Gngvon's especial benefit, W. C.
