The undersigned citizens of the First precinct of Salt Lake City, representing all shades of political opinion, conscious of the vital importance to themselves ami to all citizens of the intelligent and efficient administration of publio lie education, and holieviug that such administration can be best secured, here as elsewhere, by keeping it entirely en-tirely free from partisan politics, and that iu tho choico of school ollicers no consideration whatevcrshould w eigh except ex-cept the fitness of the man for the place, invite all voters of the First precinct, irrespective ir-respective of their political alliliations, to meet at the Ninih ward school house at the corner of Fourth South and Fifth Kasi streets, ou Wednesday, July 1, lfltil, at 8 p. m., for the purpose of nominating nomi-nating twT candidate to be voted for on July 13th, for members of the city board of education, one to serve for the term of two years ii6xt ensuing, and ono to serve for the term of one year.
