The senate committee on inter state commerce today to-day changed the wording of the third sentence of the pending bill to amend the inter-state commerce law by striking strik-ing out part of the provisions relative to the establishment of seven through routes over connecting railroads, and sutbtitution therfor of the following: The facilities to be afforded shall include in-clude a due and reasonable receiving, forwartiingand delirering by oneearrier at the request of any other common carrier, or shipper, or consignee, of through traflic at through rates of fare.
