Show NEW YORK MONEY AND STOCKS The Market Looses None of Its Weakness of Yesterday. New York, Jan. 16. The stodfc market this morning lost none of ( weakness of yesterday. The opening prices were irregular but the changes were generally confined to small fractions. frac-tions. Sugar refineries and Union Pacific Pa-cific advanced slightly, while Missouri Pacific dropped U, Northern Pacilic preferred 1 per cent., and the rest of the market fractional amounts. Great activity 'was developed under heavy pressure of short stocks and when this pressure was lifted tho market became more quiet and recovered slightly.
