Wis., Jan. 16. Just seventy-two operators and station agents employed along the lines of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul systom, quit work today. General Manager Hailing says the road in prepared for any emergency and at every station where the operatorquit work another was ready to take his place, so that the telegraphic business of the road has suffered no delay.
