The handsome hand-some audience which greeted the Logan Home Dramatic club bestowed lavish applause upon the efforts of the members mem-bers of tho troupe. Tho ability and talent displayed by the leading characters was inileed a happy surprise to many Salt Lakers. Especially creditable was the work of Mrs. Hatiie Thatcher Sloan and Mr. K. C. Katon. The singing of Mrs. Sloan and Mr. Eaton received a deserved encore. en-core. Taken all in all, "lilack Mantles ' is well worth seeing and the members o.f tho company aro a credit to the city of Logan, "lilack Mantlles" goes again tonight. Tho play, "The Burgomaster of Pinnelberg," an interesting farce comedy com-edy with song, has been given more than S00 times in this country and Europe. Eu-rope. Mr. Frank Ebert and Miss Selma Goerner, as well as other midgets, midg-ets, will be seen to great advantage. The wee actors are supported by an excellent company of nearly 100 artists. |
