It is composed of one representative of that party from each precinct with F. S. ttichards as chairman, and while dissolution dis-solution is a forcgnuu edict the future Uegiance of its members to ouo or the other of tho two great parlies that are now arrayed for battle on national issues is a matter that is exciting considerable con-siderable curiosity. Democrats of the Tenth ward met last nicht w ith William Fuller presiding and W. H. Dale at the secretary's desk. J. H. Paul was the principal orator He handled tarilT from a democratic standpoint without gloves, aud was attentively at-tentively listened to by a large audience. He was followed by Judge Norrell, whose words and manner are always engaging, and Treasurer Walden, A. T. Schrueder and Judge Laney, after which tho books were thrown open for enrollment. The domocratg of Sugar House ward met tor permanent organization last evening and designated tho following otlieers: W. C. A. Sinuot, jr., president, Christopher Alston, vice-president; Wr. J. Hurley, secretary and treasurer. The committee on constitution and bylaws, by-laws, J. K. Wilson. 1). K. Allen, W. J. Harley, Nicholas Hood and C. Alston. A number of addresses were made when the club adjourned. John Henry Smith and John M Zane buckled on their armor yesterday morning and went down to Provo, where they began to sow seed and till tile soil in that locality.
