Mr. Cra-croft Cra-croft should have conducted his campaign cam-paign from the bottom as others did. It were injustice to those good men who carried their battle into far places to gay that Mr. Cracroft or auy other man has a righteous cause for complaint because he was not nominated when he put forth uo effort. The man, voter or candidate, who ignores the caucus shirks a part of his duty as a citizen, nnd it were not altogether too severe to add that he forfeits any rights he may have had in the political field. POLITICS IN WVOMING. Wyoming may after all become a democratic state. In fact there is a strong probability of it. This of course will cause great disappointment among tho republicans, who have counted upon Wyoming as a reinforcement to the electoral vote. There are a great many Mormons in Wyoming, and there is no bar whatever to their voting as there is in Idaho and Utah. Furthermore Further-more the wives of the Mormons can vote, as Wyoming permits woman suffrage. suf-frage. It is well known that tho Mormons Mor-mons will vote the democratic ticket. This of course will add great strength to the ranks of the democrats, who are confident that with the Mormon vote they can capture the stato. There is no doubt that owing to the great freedom of suffrago there will be a large influx of Mormons into Wyoming. |
