Show Patriarch Israel Call to Observe 82nd Birthday The very active and useful life of Israel Call will be remembered by his family and friends on the eighty-second anniversary of his birth, Thursday. July 2, at his home in Bountiful,- Davis county, Utah. Open house will be held during dur-ing the afternoon from four to nine o'clock. His family and many friends are invited to call on him that day. Israel Call, a Patriarch in the South Davis stake, wa3 born in Fillmore, Millard county, Utah, where his parcnt3, Anson and Marian Mar-ian Bowen Call, were on a colonizing colon-izing mission. He also served as a coloni::er at Sunset, Arizona, where he went with the Lott Smith Company Com-pany .After returning to Utah, he settled in Davis countv where he became active in local affairs. He Ferved a number of years as postmaster of Bountiful. He has also been an active member mem-ber of the L. D. S. church. For the past thirty years he has been a temple worker. Patriarch Call was married twice and became the father of fifteen children, eleven of whom are living He also has eighty grand children and over thirty great grandchildren. |
