Show Central Committee For Recreation Work Named Representatives of seven womens civic organizations will serve as a committee under, the chairmanship of Mrs. John Dahlstrom to assist in the Bingham recreational program pro-gram being carried on as part of the program for Jordan school district dis-trict this summer. Jordan school district has appropriated appro-priated $3,375 for the summer program. pro-gram. They have made provision for the supervisors and equipment of the program. Desirable activities acti-vities endorsed by the local committee com-mittee include: Free play (with materials and supervision); Simple playing games; Quiet games (checkers,- dominoes, etc.); Story hour, Music hour. There is not enough money to pay for supervisors. Ladies La-dies civic organizations are planning plann-ing to each take charge of supervision super-vision an afternoon a week. "There is no other town in Jordan Jor-dan school district where a recreational recrea-tional program will be of such benefit" said Mr. Ballard.
