Show O Federal Court Gives Ruling On Tax Case The state tax commission will appeal ap-peal from a federal court decision holding the Utah Copper company had been improperly taxed to the extent of $101,440 on 1934 output, Irwin Arnovitz, commission chairman, chair-man, said Monday. In a decision Saturday, Federal Judge Tillman D. Johnson upheld the company's contention that assessment as-sessment had resulted in overtaxing the company.
