Walker et. ol., regarding regard-ing tho transfer of tho latter'a water filing on Grove Creek to Pleasant Grove City. The recorder was authorized auth-orized to sign tho agreement In behalf be-half of tho city, nnd to pay the original origin-al locators $131.G0, when they has se-surcd se-surcd tho final certificate from the state engineer. Mr. Joseph Adams petitioned for u renewal of his lease on tho city well below town. Tho lcnso calls for o payment of $G, which was paid and tho Icaso granted, Alvln Carlson ainl Hyrurn Carlson asked for street lights to bo placed on tlio comer of Cth East and 1st North Streets, also In front of tho latter's home, which was granted. Mr.O. V. Herron asked to bo reinstated rein-stated with two moro shares or water which ho claims to bo entitled to. Ite. ferred to committee, on water. J. E. Martin, ex city attorney, asked for 25 back salary. As his offlco was declared vacant the city refused to pny.
