The Eureka Consolidated mining company again commenced suit against the Richmond Rich-mond company to-day, by application applica-tion for an injunction. Judge Cole issued a restraining order returnable March 7. The London corporation of the Richmond company having been declared by the court no proper defendant, de-fendant, counsel for the plaintiff has mado the Richmond company of Nevada, Thomas Wren president, presi-dent, Joseph Potts, foreman of the mine, and 100 others, defendants in the action. The amount Bought to be recovered is not mentioned in the complaint. The papers were served jthis evening, and work ha3 stopped in the celebrated Potts chamber in the Richmond mino. It will not in-terfere in-terfere with the working of the other Iportion of the mine, and the five I furnaces will continue in operation, j |
