The Deseret Medal. The Deseret rifle club of this city had their first contest yesterday for ! the new gold medal, distance 200 ,yarle, which resulted in Mr. E. Mc , Lauyblin carrying off the prize, making mak-ing twenty-eight out of a possibto thirty-five. The shooting wa8 fair, the weather was fine, and a large crowd of spectators was present.
