Show The Northern Pacific railroad company in a communication to the Montana legislature, ask the issue of $2,000,000 in Montana bonds with interest in-terest at 8 per cent., payable semi-annually, to enable that company com-pany to push its road to the eastern border of Montana. On which the Deer Lodge Keic Northwest says: The proposal, after wo havo complied with it and the company conforms to it, will only provide ua a railroaa to the mouth of the Big H"rn, nearly as groat a duUncc from JJer Lodo as Franklin is. We cannot alJurd to exhaust our abilities to aid a railroad coustrucUon to securo so inadequate a return.
