Show Supreme Court. The supreme court convend at 10 o'clock yesterday morning, the chief justice and two associate justices on the bench. Major Kempatead, for the prisoner, concluded the arguments argu-ments in the Wiggins case. The court took the matter under .advisement .advise-ment aud will probably decide at an early day, as the time for executing the prisoner is approaching. The appeal case of the First Nation Na-tion bank of Utah vs. the Camp Floyd S. M. Co. was taken up, aud argued on motion to dismiss the appeal. It is thought the supreme court will be in session a couple of weekB yet. |
