Afterwards, at a meeting of the stockholders of said bank, the following follow-ing resolution, confirming the action of the board of directors was ottered and unanimously adopted: Itesotved, That this association, the Salt Lako City National Bank of Utah, shall forthwith go into liquidation liquida-tion and bo closed as a National Bank, as provided by the National Banking Act, Aud the board of directors aro hereby authorized and directed to give the necessary notices both to the comptroller of the currency cur-rency and tho public, and to take all and every step necessary to place this association in liquidation as provided by said banking act.
