The cabinet waa in Eession to day and determined t bat a commission of three be appointed to act with a similar commission on the part of Canada and arrange for the return of Sitting Bull and his followers fol-lowers to the United States. One member will be an army officer, another will represent the Indian de partmont,and.the,third will beselected alter conference with the president. The cabinet also discussed the question of the pending danger to the inhabitants iu the vicinity of Puget Sound on account of the threatened Indian outbreaks, and decided to send a man-of-war to that place from 6an FranciBco.
