Show Ttah Divorces. The disgraceful practices of the Utah probate courU in divorce matters mat-ters have fixed a stain upon the territory ter-ritory that it will lake years to efface. The following letter, addreestd "To the Judge ol Salt Lake City," ehows in a measure how notorious these divorces have become and how readily ihey are supposed to be obtained by discontented busbaoda.
