Show COURT PROCEEDINGS. Third Distriot Court, Emerson, A. J. Presiding. MARCH TERM TWENTY FIFTH DAY. Tuesday, March 30, 1S75. Court convened at 10 o'clock a.m. Warren Hussey r. Mason M. Hill, two units; judgment was entered against defendaut by default; referral to D. J. Toohy to take proofs and report re-port his finding. Samuel Smith, ct al, r. J. M. Richardson et al.; on order to show cause why plaintifts should not be punished for contempt in disobeying the process of the court; argued by respective counsol, and it appearing that there wits a question of dispute as to certain mining ground, the matter was referred to Judge J. R. McBride, to take testimony and report his finding, find-ing, tho plain titlV men being discharged dis-charged on their own recognizance. Omaha 8. & R. Co. cs. John Segar, et al.; S. P. Scanilrer substituted as commissioner to take testimony instead in-stead of William Gillespio. William Neal, et at., vs. Alfred Randall; leave granted to answer the complaint, the case to stand on the same order of reference heretofore made. The people, etc.; vs. Nelson Bou-kofsky; Bou-kofsky; assault with intent to do bodily injury;,defendaut was arraigned and pleaded guilty to the charge in the indictment. The court sentenced him to pay a tine of $50. In the matter of Henry Wallace, bankrupt; case referred to J. H. iieatty, register. Court adjourned till Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock. |
