Our Wood Yard. . At one time yesterday there were fourteen teams somo of them old '49ers, six mules to a wagon standing stand-ing on the street in front of the Herald office; and yet we have not leased that portion of the thoroughfare thorough-fare to any particular portion of the community, to the exclusion of others. If the city fathers would have mangers erected along the line of First South streot, the country people would find it much more convenient con-venient for feeding their teams.
